To be able to do what I WANT to do best.

I have a list...A bucket list. There is a fitness portion.

 I want to be on my way to conquering that list, again.

Weight Training:

  • Bench Press - 225 lbs.
  • Lat. Pull down - 200 lbs.
  • Squat - 350 lbs.
  • Leg press - 500 lbs.

Plyometrics

  • Pushups - 60 (I started the hundredpushups.com though so I may increase this)
  • Squats - 200
  • Pullups - 15
  • Situps - 200 (Done, But can only do about 120 now.)
  • Muscle ups - 3
  • Handstand pushup - 2

Cardio

  • 3.1 miles - 22 min.
  • 15 miles - 2 hrs. 20 min.
  • 26 miles

Misc.

  • Splits - (almost there this is mostly just to keep my flexibility as I get older)

I also have a maybe black belt testing for Haidong gumdo I want to pass with flying colors and nationals for tang soo do in june. I didn't get gold last year so I want to get in better shape this time.

Any suggestions or comments people may have for me would be appreciated and welcome. I will be posting my workout somtime in the next week I think
