Time to create a process

What is my habit personal type?

Why did you sign up for this class?

Well I kind of have a trouble setting up a process for drawing. Like certain days I do it, and sometimes I don't.  

Another thing I fail to do daily is meditation of yoga, even though I tell myself that I will do it. Sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't.  So I'm hoping to learn a new process here that can aid with setting up a habbit for drawing, yoga, meditation and other habits I plan to upon later on.

What has been your most consistent good habbit?

Sticking with a routine of meditation for one month, can't recall how I did it, but few months ago I meditated every day in the morning. So I'm hoping to find back the process of doing such.
