Time to Make it Burn!

I was 197 lbs at my heaviest.  I am now 152 lbs (was down to 140 for Tough Mudder event). I have been lifting weights, doing cardio and eating fairly well. I still have my vices and I want to start changing my body composition.  I've taken measurements  and I'm definitely up after the holidays. I guess I mainly want to lean out.  

The other reason for wanting to be healthy is that in 1-2 years I will be attempting to have a couple of babies. I'm almost 38 and i have a 20 year old daughter and I know the havoc pregnancy can do to a body and I want to make sure I have a head start and be super healthy once I get pregnant (losing the weight easily afterwards won't hurt either).
