Throw away my ALARM!!!

Things I have done so far:

Already installe F.lux to my computer

Limit Coffee or Soda (I didn't drink a lot usually)

Limit alcholic consupmtion (I don't drink a lot)

Drink at least 66oz/day!

Things trying to implement right now:

Wake up and go to sleep at the same time everyday (12am-8pm for now)

Take two 15 minutes walks outside

I really want to exercise 5 days a week, but becuz of the weather(Seattle) and can't find time. That would be really hard to implement
