Thirst for life!

I am taking baby steps to fixing what I feel is wrong in my life.  I want to feel confident and do all the things I always wished to do but always felt insecure about.  I want to be healthy and have the energy to go places and try new things. 

First things I want to focus and improve on are my eating habits and exercising regularly.

Update:  I have not been working out consistently as I'd like but have made changes to my diet and kept to them.  I've cut out soda/junk food, increased my water intake, and walk more.  I have signed up with promo deal where you can get one lesson in every sport listed that they have andI can take a I'm going to drag one of my siblings with me.
