I found some of the exercises a bit hard, to be honest, but I liked the gratitute one. I particularly liked the suggestions for different ways you can do it, e.g. it doesn't have always be things you were grateful for that day, but it could be things you like to eat or your favourite part of your commute. I think they could be great drawing prompts for me to use in my sketch journal.
But to start with I just did things I was grateful for that day. And it was my daughter's birthday party so it was a bit of an unusual day.
