The best way to start the day !

Primary focus:

 

My primary focus is productivity and efficiency. To start the day in a positive mood and to live life at its' fullest.

 

Daily goals:

  • Monday :                          Take online course/Improve culture
  • Tuesday :                          Read
  • Wednesday :                    Study/Do homework
  • Thursday :                        Learn a language
  • Friday :                             Have fun
  • Saturday :                        Study/Do homework
  • Sunday :                           Read

Morning Routine:

  • 5h30                               Wake up/Take a glass of water/Make my bed/Bathroom (5min)
  • 5h35                               Stretch (5min)
  • 5h40                               Brush teeth/Shower (15min)
  • 5h55                               Take a breakfast (10min)
  • 6h05                               Daily focus (about 50 minutes)
  • 6h55                               Meditate (5min)
  • 7h00                               Leaving for school

Note :       Add 2 hours when on weekend

Note 2:     Add 1 hour when on holiday
