The Water Dog -- a riverside taphouse

Thanks, Michael for the inspiration and guidance. I took a ton of notes. I'm 37 and have been in the corporate world for the last 10 years. Both my wife and I both make a decent living and we have two great children. That said, I don't want to sit in a cube for another 20 years so I'm trying to pursue a passion probably similar to you when you started. I believe that life is short and that your personal destiny is in your own hands. No one else is going to solve your life's passions or problems except for you. That said, I'm only a couple days away (probably long past the deadline by the time you've read this) from fully securing the funding (aka debt and investors) for my start-up restaurant. I have a small handful of investors. I would greatly appreciate your feedback (and from anyone who's seeing this for that matter) ... less so on the pitch deck (although helpful) but more so on the concept and key things to consider. Just a note but I've removed the financials.
