The Road To Success

I guess you could call this my New Years resolution. I've pretty much been on a roller coaster for the passed for years; if be all healthy and then a week later I'd be binging on the sweets. Now it's time for me to find something that will work for me. My goals are to exercise everyday and to change my eating habits. If you want to see how I progress feel free to follow me on fitocracy! Jan 20: So far, since starting this I've managed to excercise every day, even if it's only 100 crunches. I've also been researching diets and I've decided to ease my way into paleo. I love the idea behind it and it definitely goes with my dream of minimalist/barefoot running.
