Show Us Your Balls: Meatball Making with The Meatball Shop

Took the same route, mastering their recipe before customizing my own! I think for the ones I customize I'll leave out the ricotta and use a more flavorful cheese and add some more spice. What're you thinking for your next creation?

I really liked the outcome, I think the sauce complimented the meatball's flavor. I actually loved the ricotta part of the recipe and will include it in my next creation, but I have to agree on the spice; without the sauce, the balls taste a little dull. 

Before I master my own, I wanted to master yours. This happend. :)
