This is the concept for the game I hope to learn how to create in the next few weeks.
It's a first person adventure game with an abstract art style where your goal is to reach the tower, similar to Journey.
And I don't want to give anything away, but I have a twist planned for the ending.
From what I've seen from Unity so far, it seems easy to use, but I'm skeptical, as it doesn't seem to be powerful enough to handle console-quality, which is kind of what I'm aiming for, as consoles are becoming more and more open to indie developers.
Still, I'll do my best.
It's still in it's conceptual stage, so feel free to leave feedback or suggestions.
UPDATE (week 2):
you can now walk around the vast (and soon to be "vaster") open world and change the color of the blocks scattered around it.
The final product will not be anywhere near as boring as this, I assure you. I'm thinking of some tricky platforming puzzles that block your path, especially ones to get to the top of the tower.
Well, to next week everyone!
