I really enjoyed the 4Cs concept, not spending too long on each section and adding more depth. My foreground shadows in my first attempt look like those monsters out of Harry Potter as I grasped  using  gouache which is somewhere between acrylic and watercolour. I moved away from the original colours in my second attempt and that sits better with me. As always it’s a joy to watch Clair in action and I’d stared at this landscape every morning whilst we were on holiday. So the best part was being able to capture it now even if it was just from a photo. Thank you Clair for another great lesson
