My roommate Melina and I have both traveled in Thailand and were inspired to make a Thai curry pickle! We went to the local Asian food market and got creative! We tried out different brines but below is the one we liked the best!

Kaffir Lime Leaves
Lemongrass
Ginger
Thai Chilis
Lime zest
Coconut juice
Fish sauce
Rice vinegar
White vinegar
Water


We even re-used one of our old Grillos containers to add the magic of Grillo's to our recipe!
