Tea in the morning

There are three things that are essential to my morning routine; a glass of water, a bowl of porridge, and a cup of tea. While I am drinking my English Breakfast tea I read at least one page from a book or magazine. I do meditate in a way as I think through the plans for the day and exercise usually consists of a few household chores and feeding animals. There was a time when checking through emails and other computer work was part of the morning routine, however, now, I schedule that for later in the morning and sometimes the afternoon and I feel much more creative and productive because of doing that. 

I read this in a magazine today and think it is appropriate to post here;

To wake up in the morning with a dozen plans in mind is actually a good thing. In fact, it could be the key to happiness itself.
