I am going to take these actions:
1) Complete my task within 60 minutes and rest for 20 minutes or so.
2) During my breaks, I am going to do back, hand and neck stretching, take a quick walk around the park, stare at green colour and listen or meditate to nature sounds.
3) Focus on one task at hand and eliminate distractions.
4) Create a work routine whenever I'm doing certain tasks.
5) Come up with a "to-do-list" every evening before I sleep.
