I love the idea which you shared in the class about tracking things down. Currently, for the past few weeks, I have been tracking my diet (From Morning to Night) as I want to drop my body fat percentage and get leaner. When you start tracking your processes every day without fail, then the results will come definitely !! I have tried a lot of times on my fitness journey and failed almost every time but when I start building the habit of "Tracking of what I eat", my results have been better.
So If anyone has any goal right now, please deconstruct it to smaller everyday habits that will help you to not get overwhelmed, then start tracking it every day and be consistent with it.
