Take it one day at a time

I need to take it one day at a time.....I can sing the song each day as i think about it. I have been overweight for a number of years, I am closing in on 50 and I spend 12 hours a day behind a desk (even lunch breaks). I then go home and do homework until bedtime. I need to eat healthier, walk further, and lose quite a bit of weight. One day at a time!!!

Short Term Goals

  • start walking 15 minutes a day.
  • get my Nike Fuel Band in the green at least 5 days a week to begin with.
  • Manage my time to fit in a workout/homework/work without stretching myself.

Longer Term Goals

  • mix walking and running for 30 minutes each day.
  • adjust my Nike Fuel Band to a higher workout level and keep that in the green 5 days a week.
  • eat healthier and make better choices.

Longest Term Goals

  • lose 100 lbs
  • run 30 minutes a day without walking
  • maintain a healthy lifestyle and get those "Endorphins" everyone talks about.
