Take back my energy

So I'm working on hacking my sleep. The 2 things I'm going to change over the next week are:

Water consumption. I drink WAY too little water. I'm going to make a cognizant effort to drink one full glass of water with every meal. Plus figure out a way to drink water throughout the day. I figure if I do one full big glass with every meal I'll be half way there for my water intake

  • My rationale: I always wake up several times in the middle of the night severely dehydrated, which causes me to drink water in the middle of the night and wakes me back up to go take a piss

My second thing I'm trying is setting a Bedtime. Be in Bed by 11pm.

  • My rationale: A schedule will help me get more sleep. Point blank.

Day of Project:

  1. I slept better last night. No alarm clock. I don't usually use one. I got up about 4 times in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, but I feel back instantly. I was in the bed at 11pm, but my girlfriend was up drying her hair and mulling around until about 11:30, so it affected me falling asleep earlier. I took a melatonin around 10pm, so that really aided in making me sleepy by 11. Overall I felt I slept better, now if I could just prevent myself from waking up so much in the middle of the night....
