Took a run at making meatballs for my family's superbowl party
Ingredients: (eyed a lot of it)
Getting all of the ingredients ready to mix
After getting down and dirty
Test balls in the oven
Test balls done
Glad I made the test batch. The meatballs definitely will benefit from more salt, which I added to the gameday bowl.
The addition of the Ricotta (never done that before) was incredible and the tips on using an ice cream scoop saved a ton of time.
