Sucking it up, not in.

My goals:

  • Lose an extra 20-25kg (after last year's 25 and almost year long plateau/lack of motivation
  • TRANSFORM my body composition so that people look at me and think "whoa, she works hard!"
  • Likewise, transform my mind. Too often I fall into ED traps and starve and work myself silly... healthy mind and body all the way!
  • Take at least 1-2 group fitness classes a week at the gym 
  • Take week to week and month to month progress pics and track MEASUREMENTS - only weight once a month
