MY GOALS FOR YEAR 2013

#1] Consistently exercise for 750minutes/month 

#2] Regularly Strength Train for 450 minutes/month 

#3] Make Yoga / Pilates / Callanetics a part of my weekly exercise routine 

#4] Get my Body Fat % down to 25% from 30 %

SUNDAYS: Table Tennis and/or walk [60mins or more] 

MONDAYS: Upper Body ST [30mins or more] 

TUESDAYS: Cardio + Abs [30mins or more] 

WEDNESDAYS: Full body ST  [40mins or more] 

THURSDAYS: Cardio + Abs [30mins or more] 

FRIDAYS: Lower body ST [30mins or more] 

SATURDAYS: Tai Chi and/or stretching

On days that I am pressed for time, I will do at least

WATP 1mile

OR

T-Tapp BWO+ [15mins minimum]
