Strong Is The New Skinny

I've recently eliminated bread from my diet as well as oatmeal, bananas, melons, and grapes; adding more protein (70-90g per day) and greens. In doing so, I hope to see my body transform. I work out 1-2 times a day and wil continue to do so in order to improve my muscle mass and decrease my fat percentage. I'm skinny as it is but am looking to improve my tone; equivalent to the definition one would see in a fitness model. Eating clean is the most challenging part of the journey and will continue to be a daily challenge (especially when eating out).
