Update: January 7, 2017 - I bottled it today. It is sweet, but I'm not too sure on what I think about the flavour. I will leave it in the fridge for a week or two and try it again. I have started the wine-making process with the marc (must) so will see how that goes.
Update Dec 18/16 - This is what it looks like today. It's still bubbling once every few seconds, so I think I have some waiting time yet. :)
I am making a strawberry liqueur. I just poured the fermenting fruit into a bottle and will now impatiently wait for it to do its thing. :) I will add a photo at a later date. I'm anxious to try other fruit now, too. If I want to go straight to the wine-making process with a different fruit, what do I do?
