Stop bitting my nails :)

I stared the process of stop betting my nails on december 2018.

I remember bitting them since i was 7-8 years old, now im 27. 

Reminder: when i feel stressed instead of bitting my nails because i feel i cant do the task i would remember the time i ran a 1/2 marathon.

Routine: Paint my nails and organize better so i wont feel so much stress.

Reward(s): Going out to the movies with my husband

4. Anticipate setbacks and come up with solutions in order to overcome them as they arise.

If i feel stress i would go out for a run or take a 5 min meditation.
