When my core is active and engaged, I find getting through each day to be so much easier. I don't have back pain. I don't have neck pain. I'm relaxed and happy. Having a strong core obviously helps me do physical things like dance and yoga, but it also helps me project my voice when I speak and feel a bit more confident overall which are happy side effects one might not expect. I like to get up a bit early and do a quick core sequence before I start my day - that way my muscles wake up and stay activated - helping me do my thing - all day long.
