Starting on Starting Strength

My fitness action plan is this:

- Get started on Starting Strength since my gains in Bodypump have stalled for about 2 months now. Not sure this high reps low weight thing is doing anything for my strength, and people in one of my Fitocracy groups have suggested Starting Strength.

- Have 1 off day, and fill the other two days I'm not weight training with something light.

Habit change:

Portion control for my diet, and watch what I eat!
