Start my day feeling great!

1. My habit personality type is..

I'm a Questioner, Rebel and Obliger. I definately need to know WHY I have to do something that I'm asked to do, otherwise it just doesn't make sense. I also like to challenge authority and sometimes to exactly the opposite of what I am asked, but I think this works differently when I have authority over myself.

Therefore I need to make habits I actually believe in, create reasoned closers to my internal doubts and track incomplete days so I can indulge my analytical tendencies. I also feel I need to design strong triggers, remind myself of my values when I formulate implementation intentions, and choose an accountability system that provides external pressure in a positive direction.

I want to start my day with a morning yoga session, to strengthen and stretch my muscles, and start my day off on a positive note.

To do this I will use the doyouyoga.com 30 day yoga challenge to give me set videos to follow. I often find when I look at youtube I get easily distracted and go off on tangents, so this will keep me focused and provide motivation and easy tracking with daily emails.
