Spirit and Mud

I took the metaphor of driving at night as the creative process--we can't see our destination, but move forward regardless.  I wrote a prose poem, created layers of text, hoping they demonstrated the foggy direction.  Also wanted the text to stretch beyond the box and indicate movement, as we go forward, (if blindly).  I liked the way certain lines, superimposed upon each other, had to be reread, and that they didn't necessarily (in places) have to be read in order--mimicking the tangential nature of the creative process... and all of its happy accidents.

Who knows if this will truly be the "final" project?!  Is any of our work quite finished?
