Create A Great Social Media Strategy

I like the use of Google Ad Planner, I think it is a good start. Another area we could look to find more information about the consumer would be going to current co sharing websites and sometimes they put up a list of people who are sharing that space. You could use that to find people. 

I think the home office space is a bit of a distraction we only need a very small target of people and I think there is enough of a segment of the market who would be looking to share office space, people who are working from home usually are pretty set in their ways, it would be hard to convert them. 

I think it terms of finding out how consumers find out about the product, it would be good to run some interviews with people who have been in costarring spaces, maybe look for start ups in the area who have shared before or ask your extended network of friends. 

I would say that the strategy feels a little off at the moment, I think that the start up consumer would be more interested in the networking opportunities that sharing a space could offer. I think you need to find a better range of your competitors. Pretend that you are in the market for a office space how would you find it and then go through that process of ringing up a few places and finding out what they say about themselves.

- Share testimonies of people who are already in coworking and who have good things to say about the community and social aspect of coworking (goodcoworking.com)

- Incentivize people to share their working environment; colors, sunlight, view, gadgets and share where they would like to work from

Coomunicate Novelty and Establish Credibility by Association
+ Share the story of other coworikings which are successes
+ Curate business articles/tips from sources that Axis Space would like to associated with and encourage discussion
- Sources: fast company, 99u, inc., etc.
