Small Changes

I've always been one of those people who needed my 8 hours of sleep.  It took a lot out of my day, and annoyed my partner constantly!  However, if I didn't get the 8 hours, I couldn't focus, I was lethargic, and generally just wasnt' productive. 


Starting TODAY, I will make some small changes, to create a BIG DIFFERENCE!

No more coffee in the afternoon.

Walks around the block on my breaks at work. 

F.lux is downloaded and installed on my computer at home.

Drinking more water throughout the day.

Consistent sleep schedule.

These little changes are my first steps towards a BIG DIFFERENCE!  Can't wait to sleep more efficiently!
