Analysis:

Some things I learned: Pencil is my go-to; paint is scary (although I did these in my sketchbook that isn't very wet-media-friendly); I don't love #2--just looks completely unfinished and even the parts I did get done were mostly misplaced so it just feels like a mistake--but the concept of starting with color and doing lines/structure later is interesting.

One I could consider finished: 4 (trying to color white parts black and leave black parts paper color) or 10 (trying to draw the negative space/outline and not focus on the inside)? 1 would be great if I could just erase those pencil lines!

One to continue: 9; I like the composition focusing on feathers and mid-body instead of the head.
