I have tried meditation a few times before and I took your challenge as an opportunity to go back to it. I had no particular expectations, just the profound need to sit, do nothing and say nothing. Of course my inner voice and my thoughts were still there. But I think medidation is not about succeeding to quiet the flow of thoughts. It's an exercise to constantly and quietly going back to the breath and the sensations. The process is more important for me than the goal of "silence" in itself. Thank you Dandan Liu for this class.
