Verse1

Estuve totalmente en la cuspide

Creo haber tenido lo mejor

Gracias por la especie de persona

Que me arrebataste oh señor

Ahora solo ya estoy

Sentado esperando sin duda lo peor

Al demonio con el corazon

Yo prefiero vivir sin amor

Chorus:

Sin Amor estoy mejor

Sin amor sin reencor

Sin amor me encuentro hoy

Quiero vivir sin amor

GUITAR BRIDGE

Verse2:

A veces pienso en lo bueno que fue

pero eso es ya el ayer

olvide ya la razon

donde nacion esta cancion

BRIDGE

El amor ya se fue

como el deseo de hacer el bien

nada crece en mi corazon

donde reina el dolor

Quiero vivir, quiero morir, quiero existir sin amor.

Now alone I am

sitting waiting without a doubt for the worst

Nothing grows on my heart

Where now only pain rules

Without love I am today

I want to live, I want to die, I want to exist without love

4 - Orchestration Harmony and Rythm

RHYTHM GUITARS

I started with a A A C B X3 as an intro, however I overlap the C and B with pinch harmonics, only two out of the 6 guitar tracks are used on the intro, one hard right and the other hard left, and only one of them does the C and B, then I close the intro with F FFFFF G GGGGGG on all 6 guitar tracks

4 Guitars play just power chords as they are the bread and butter on Heavy Metal, just the root fifth notes

The 2 remaining guitars are used to complement and widen up the note range:

the guitar on the mid left, plays the fifth lower and 3rd major or minor, for clarification instead of playing a power E, E B, it plays B E G I found this guitar to be very important as it totally changes the chords to give it a Sad feeling with the E minor

The guitar on the mid right, plays the fifth a higher eight and a higher fifth, this helped extend the range to higher notes.

BASS

The bass line it's very simple, it just follows the root notes one eight lower, accentuating on the kick drums hits.

DRUMS

The drums I left it to my drummer, and just requested to use double kick drum to emphasize from the final verse to the final chorus.

LEAD GUITARS

The guitar solo follows the same structure Verse Bridge Chorus, since I'm not very good on creating complex solos I used the Wah pedal to make it sound a bit less simple, at the end of the solo I used double tap, and used a second track to do the same on the 3rds, and then swapped the pan of the second guitar track from hard right to hard left following the chord changes.

VOCALS

I recorded 2 pair of tracks for the song, on the first I recorded the Verses and Choruses, and on the second one I recorded the bridges, this allowed an easy transition for my singer and also allowed us to overlap screams.

On the first two tracks I asked my singer to use a clear voice, and on the second pair I requested a more screamy voice, then I automated the volume of both pairs of tracks to make the song sound more aggressive as it approaches to the end, this also proved to be a great tool to make each bridge and chorus sound unique even though they repeated the same lyrics.

And at the end I requested my singer to record one more track on the Choruses, screaming the first words of the chorus and then sustaining the screem, I used a huge amount of compression and distortion for this part, I wanted to make it sound very artificial on purposse, then I swapped the panning of this track hard left and hard right just like the guitar solo harmonics.
