This application would serve as a guidenance during stress / anxiety attacks.
Based on my experience a simple breathing technic can help amazingly.
The method couldn't be easier: 6 seconds inhale (slow), 2 seconds hold, then 4 seconds breathing out.
Repeat it until you calmed down.
During a stress/anxiety attack it could be extreme useful if someone could use an application which gives voice instructions to do - and be able to focus - only to the proper breathing.
This application should serve only for this purpose; always reachable, lightweight, quickly relaxation breathing voice guide with this rythm.
The UI design should be exterme simple, but elegant.
Later more feature could be added.
This project will be my first iOS project and I believe despite of it's extreme simplicity it could be really useful in the real world as well.
