Silvana Meats--- a real small town butcher shop

These are the final concepts I've come up with in terms of composition and typography.  I'm thinking I'll take these concepts to illustrator next to excercise those skills as I have been using photoshop primarily in my designing (not the easiest tool for this I know ;)

The process has been really great and I feel like I'll keep on with it and send it along to the folk at Silvana for fun!
