We are small and growing firm providing Website development services and Technical Documentation services. We have been able to sustain ourselves so far and the going is good, but we do not have any marketing plan in place. We have no system in place to generate new leads and attract new customers. 

What we want to do: 

1. Find out from many people what about website development / mobile development used for the purpose of marketing challenges them. How can we help? 

2. Figure out how to differential ourselves from the crowd.

Risk for me is in spending time, effort and money doing the wrong/ineffective marketing activities. 

Risk for customers is in trusting and hiring an unknown company for working on their website / marketing plan.
