Seylou Bakery brunch after Farmers Market visit

Seylou Bakery brunch after Farmers Market visit - student project

It was a warm sunny day in Washington DC.

While shopping for fresh goods at the Market, we ran into our beloved friends Isa and Pope.

They invited us to their cozy apartment to grab coffee and fresh baked goods from Seyloy Bakery, an organic whole grain bakery and mill located in Blagden Alley, Washington DC.

They source from regional farmers and mill everything in-house...So delicious!

I really like how this course opened my perspective for lighting, style and composition. For the photos that I posted I like the story and the mood but most importantly the fact that it happened so naturally and I had my camera ready.

I often think about how important it is to carry your camera ready with you at all times. Seems like at the end of the day, that is one of the most important things.

Hope you like the photos.
