Self Care Journal - student project

So myself care journey actually started before I take this class, I try to do a monthly plan and goals for myself to nourish and keep myself on track of my habits, one of the many things are having morning and night routines, gardening, taking my vitamins, workout or stretch, Journal and write about my day, I attached some images of my notebook and notion personal pages, I also try. to have fun during the weekends, so maybe on Sundays me and my husband will do an afternoon walk, after we eat out  

Also once every week I try to take myself out for a morning date with myself to drink coffee or have a simple breakfast
