Scope Building: Our Business Is Building

Who am I?

My name is Steven Kis, I am 37 years old, I live in Australia, I am most passionate about my family and construction, and my company is called Scope Building.

This is our company...

Scope Building is a versatile and dynamic organisation that provides outstanding quality and exceptional service to each of our valued clients.

We are dedicated to excellence and providing commercially sound outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Our team is totally committed to quality across all areas of our business with our main focus on adding value and building strong relationships with our clients through communication, honesty & integrity, as we recognise that the client is an integral part of the construction team.

Our clients expect the highest standards of quality, and we are confident that the knowledge and experience our management team have gained through their extensive project experience, will benefit our clients. Furthermore, our team of highly skilled personnel brings another level of expertise to every project we undertake, and this places us in the best position to deliver first class solutions to difficult and complex projects.

Our director believes that sustained growth and success will only be achieved by great people continuing to provide excellent customer service, integrity and sound leadership.

Our Story So Far...

What started off as a humble building company handling small jobs, has grown - but remained humble - into a company handling a broad range of construction projects from residential renovation through new construction through remedial building.

In an industry that took an absolute hiding during the GFC, we weathered the worst of it and remained relatively unscathed.  We put this down to two things: skill diversification and repeat business.

It was during this period, and through our quest to providing a superior customer experience, we were awarded a project - which came to us as repeat business - which was featured in Belle Magazine - one of our (Australia) leading interior's magazine.

Since then, some doors opened as others closed, and we are currently working on some very exciting projects which will be game changers for us should our submissions be successful.

Social Media

We have not been proactive with our approach to Social Media, but we certainly recognise the importance of Social Media being a serious component of our marketing strategy.

We will be changing that, and this is our first step, combined with the books of Gary to really ramp up our Social Media strategy and start delivering to our viewers/listeners, ensuring that we are providing them with value.

We are most active on facebook and have recently begun utilising twitter. However, we will be utilising YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn to provide value and share our story.

Thank you...
