Scheduling in MM Walks for sure

I spend my days chained to my desk. Well I do go to the gym for a couple of hours before I start work, but I cut out my 10:30am walks when I started working full time for myself. I used to take them just to get out of the office. Those midmorning walks must have made a huge difference because when I think of my level of execution and productivity now compared to then, it honestly isn't on the same level. 

Definitely making it a point to get back to my midmorning walks. Using these tips to take full advantage of them.
