Course title will be Saying Yes To Stillness: 10 Days To Getting Comfortable With Meditation
I'll be teaching a class on the 10 steps to getting comfortable with Meditation. It'll be a 10-day course with tips and a guided meditation each day.
Over the 10 days they'll learn:
The assignment will be to create a daily journal to twrite down and share their experience with the meditation that day and to share the results of the daily exercises.
