Saturday Brunch

This weekend I'm at my parents house to visit and to see my cute brand new niece. One of my favorite things about being home is making meals and chowing down together. This morning I made my favorite pancake recipe from Clinton Street Baking Company. (Found here). It's a lot more involved than just dumping a mix from a box and adding water but it's totally worth the extra effort and dirty dishes. And it's so very fun to make! The only thing I changed was I tried it out on the grill instead of cooking it inside on a griddle. I made chocolate pecan and lemon blueberry pancakes and I must say...they were pretty delicious. 


Step 1: Gather ingredients.



Step 2: Sizzle on the grill.



Step 3: Chow down.
