Sample Project - How to use your yummy spreads - in a healthy way

Here is a picture of the spreads I made according to my recipes:

Waffles with my spreads (A course for this waffles is coming soon!) 

The waffles are sweetened with apples and dried dates. No extra sugar, no whipped cream, just a lot of fruits to accompany the meal.

Bread with all three of them. - To make it healthy, please take whole grain bread or even protein bread and combine it with a bunch of fruits!
