Salad In A Jar Assignment...

Salad In A Jar Assignment... - student project

Well... it's sort of the assignment... though I didn't make any of the recipes from the course... I used many of the same ingredients just all mixed up amongst the jars... some have black beans... some have pinto beans... some have straight-up corn... others have more of a succotash... then they all have broccoli slaw... three different colored bell peppers... onions... ham... cheese... and a tiny bit of lettuce up top... I probably should have used a sixth jar... but... that's the fun of trial and error...

Now I've got your Overnight Oats for breakfast... and these jars of salad for dinner or lunch... with a meal replacement shake for dish number three for my day... also... the mason jars filled with the yellow stuff is a potential desert for if my sweet tooth strikes... it's eggs... keto waffle mix... and s keto yellow cake meal replacement shake mix that creates a cake-like dessert filled with ingredients that keto allows... not that I'm full blow keto... but this option seems better than real cake as a choice...

Thanks for the course... I can't wait to fine-tune this mason jar based food planning system!!!

UPDATE #1:

I started to regrow the lettuce after preparing the jars salads and this is what four days of regrowth looks like...Salad In A Jar Assignment... - image 3 - student project
