SEEBLUM - BRINI 2 - FLOWNCE

See, see the blooming sea ...so to float and be.

I use to scuba dive when I lived in Venezuela and have always been amazed of the fluidity and flow of life that dwels in this underwater realm. Color swatches for a color-way

The style for this collection is of a Far East flavor, it has always impressed me their fine sense of design  which I find it a perfect blend to portray with the ocean's blossoms.

Some day I will visit this fabulous land.  Color-swatches picked from the Far-East inspiration-board.

I decided to even sketch some more so to have enough material to work with. I almost feel I am falling behind at this point, hopefully illustrating them will be so worth it.

Today's photo challenge on Instagram really made me think, my tool of choice for over 3 decades has been the "Tjanting Tool" a textile tool to render with hot wax on fabric. Much of my signature style came from learning how to use this not-so-easy tool that creates blobs, there was no fixing of mistakes - just integrate them into the design. Upon taking this class I learned about the Blob Tool and the Smooth Tool, they are just fantastic in so many ways... for modern renderings!

I'm having a hard time with the words, I usually pick names after the art is done. Here's some brainstorming.

I have a tendency to be all over the map with different presentations. Not sure this is wise.
Would love to get some feedback on this. I am a Painter also.
