Run a 10k and Drop 4% BF by March

I'm letting myself keep myself from kicking ass.

This is how I'm going to get it back.

Consistency is the key here. I need to push myself to keep up the running, even when it hits hard. Weather is included, as no one can control that, so I should be out there whenever. 

I also need to watch the eating. Granted, running has helped, but I need to cut back. Snacks are dead to me now. Never again shall I let them rear their fugly head. 

This is the start. I can only hope that it will end just as well.
