I have been running for a few weeks now and I really like it as a way of staying fit. I can listen to music or audiobooks while doing a run and the time seems to fly by.
I want to get a controlled diet going to lose some weight and get in a fit state to do a 10k run.
My current weight is 77kg. I do not have a specific weight goal but the less body fat the better.
