Resting Metabolism

165 lbs x 10 = 1,650 calories burned per day from my resting metabolism

Fat Loss Goal: 1,650 x .10 = 165. 1,650 - 165 = 1485 calories per day for my fat loss goal

My husband and I are going to work on fat loss and building muscle.
His calories per day using the same calculation is 1,755.
