Repeat Patterns in Affinity Designer

Repeat Patterns in Affinity Designer - student project

(Cover image is a raster-drawn flower pattern created with Designer’s raster tools for a half drop repeating pattern.)

First try in Liz Brown’s Surface Design in Affinity Designer course was a decorative geometric pattern made by combining vector shapes native to the application.

A few more designs including this vector flowers pattern made for the background texture lesson,

And this vector tulip pattern.

There were quite a few more designs (it’s quite addictive, actually) but this pattern made up of vector-drawn plastic 45 rpm record adapters was created for the half drop portion of the course.

Have learned a ton in this course. Thank you Liz.
