Remote Usability Platform

Remote Usability Testing Platform

How many times per week do you try to navigate a site without finding what you want and losing interest?

On the Web, usability is a necessary condition for survival. If a web site is difficult to use, people leave. If the homepage fails to clearly state what a company offers and what users can do on the site, people leave.

If users get lost on a web site, they leave. If a web site's information is hard to read or doesn't answer users' key questions, they leave. Note a pattern here?"

How to increase usability of a website is key. Data indicate that usability offers a better return on investment than almost any other business action.

The Challenge

How can we improve the usability on a website? And how we can do this as a service to be offered to the companies, website creators, website owners, in a consistent basis, and in a low cost scenario?

How we can create a platform or service that assures that the website has the best usability possible, ever?

Sure we can create platforms similar to http://www.usertesting.com/ or http://www.userzoom.com/ and we can kill part of the pain. But for some cases this is too complex and what we need is a faster, easier and more consistent solution that assure website is easy to use, easy to navigate and the experience is great in every platform. Always.

At this point the platform should address the following concerns:

  1. Test the clients´ webpage navigability in a consistent basis.
  2. Source qualified traffic to perform the tests.
  3. Provide accurate/reliable feedback on the webpage usability performance.
  4. Allow automation on the platform. Should work with a minimal human interference. (beside the testers).
  5. Allow Quantitative & Qualitative analysis
